Vodafone or Orange

Which network should I go for? Currently with O2, the only reason I need to change is that the signal isn't that great locally.

So why should I go for Orange... or should I head to Vodafone.

Reasons please much appreciated....

Get a pay as you go cheap sim card and check the signal before you sign up to any contract.

Personally in our area, Orange signal is rubbish. Vodafone is much better. I have switched my contract from Orange to Vodafone.

I have contracts with both; I find Vodafone much better in terms of actually getting through to customer services, the size of their bundles for the price, free voicemail and Stoptheclock (Passport might be of use also if you travel abroad). In fact, I have 3 contracts with Orange and two with Vodafone, but would always go for the latter in a straight deal comparison.

Can't say about coverage; never had an issue although used Vodafone further afield than Orange.

Vodaphone and Orange have very similar coverage where I live & work. I have voda and some of my friends have orange. They tell me orange customer services isn't the best in the world tho. I've never had the need to contact voda customer service. Hope this helps

Coverage isnt really the issue of this thread - just want to have a feeling of which network is the best value.

Does Vodafone have rollover minutes, or is it offer dependant (not across the board for a certain tariff)
