I recently sent my mobile off to Mobile Cash Mate and I don't know what to do next. I was offered £120 for a Samsung Galaxy S2. I then got an offer for only £60 due to "Your phone has cracks on the bezel around the outer edges. Your phone has chips around the camera. Your phone has scuffs/chips around the edges of the outer casing. Your phone has scratches/marks on the outer casing and on the screen"

I know my phone was not in this condition when I sent it off to them and took great care when packaging and sending off to them. I asked for pictures to be sent of the damage claimed in their review and apparently they don't have the facilities to send pictures. I have since sent 2 more emails asking for further proof of the damage before I can accept their price and haven't heard anything from them since.

I don't know what the next step to take is? Is there someone I can report them to as I am very unhappy with the quote and the lack of customer service.
