BT Broadband, Phone, Anytime - what is shown?

Hi,

I have BT Broadband, BT Phone line, Anytime. When I log into my BT account then go to my account I have 3 boxes, My Bills, My Products, My Extras. In the My Products is My Phone. For me that shows just unlimited Weekend calls, NOT, Anytime. On my Mother's account it does show anytime. BT say this is because she's not with the for broadband so anytime is part of her phone package. I get my phone with my broadband so anytime is an addon so does not show up.

In other words ALL BT broadband customers with anytime should be told they are on just unlimited weekend calls. That seems pretty stupid web site design if that is the case. So can anyone in this situation confirm BT is correct and their web site is rubbish, or are BT chat just spinning a yarn?

Yep, that's how it seems to be. I've been on a BT Unlimited Fibre connection for nearly 2 years now and the 'Anytime' calls subscription has never shown on the account page. If you check your recent call charges you will see if you are being charged for calls outside the weekend. I find that the BT connection is fine, everything else about them is absolutely rubbish.

Thanks. What a stupid website. It tells you wrong information!

I did check the call charges. But for some reason BT have forgotten to calculate my Oct bill so you wonder what else the have messed up! Adn if I would find that I was suddenly hit with charges. BTW I have a bill each month to get my Halifax reward so that's in doubt this month too.

Same with me. Used to see Anytime showing when I was Phone only, but it says Unlimited Weekend now, after getting BT Infinity.

so not bothered. I find the £7 quite a good deal.
