Hi guys,
I am due to complete in the next two days. The bank will release the funds and I have provided mine.
I am really happy for you and hope that some of your luck rub off me.
I have started a new thread with the hope of helping anyone in the future who is looking to go down this route.
Unlike you I started the whole process some 6 weeks before going to my first auction last night and winning it.
Wish you all the very best:beer:0 -
Hi guys,
Deal complete I got the keys.
I can understand why people in the first few posts were cautious and doubtful. I would not recommend doing it my way but I wanted the property, and hopefully this proves it can be done and provides example to others in a similar process. Stay on the ball and be 100% focused.0 -
Yeeeeehaw!
Congratulations Cowboy!

Well done. Not for the indecisive (me!), but who dares, wins, and all that.0

Well done Cowboy
And will let you know if I need any help. Hoping mine goes well too as I started long before the auction date.
Will also keep people posted here
Also can't help but saying to OPs who said that you deprived someone else (most likely a buy to let investor or do it uu and sell it cash buyer) of what is now your family home. Which you will go on and enjoy with your family for a very long time.
PLEASE LET'S STOP SHOOTING DOWN PEOPLE WHO COME HERE LOOKING FOR HELP:money:0 -
