How so , i think it`s a fair assumption that the majority of people who buy at auction , know the way it works and have made the efforts required to be able to comply with the process
As for the rest of your utter drivel......:rotfl:
Is that rolling head yours. Someone closer finally realising how stupid and waste ofspace you really are and chopping your tiny head
And you feeling so relieved that someone has finally done you a favour hence the laughing0 -
Time of the month?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

How much did your last !!!! up at Auction cost you then HARSA ?
You are doing it again you !!!! of !!!!!. Assumption is the the mother of !!!! ups
If you bothered reading the thread from start you will see that I am about to go to my first auction next month.
Unlike the other person it will be a cash buy and I already have a survey and solicitor line up three weeks before the auction date
Would have spent £1000 at that point. If I was to be outbid by someone like the OP. I will not complain as that is how things are at auctions0 -
You are very angry , lifes too short to abuse people from the safety of behind a screen from `N/A`Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Wonder if we'll ever hear back from the OP."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
-
It would be good to hear the happy outcomeNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I wish the OP all the very best and hope he sorts outffinances within 28 days to complete.
Hope he comes back and let us know to help many others in future0 -

That's the risk of buying an auctio. TThe OP genuinely wanted to purchase the property and his bid was not to deprive anyone from acquiring the property.
He may get a m ortgage, get an extension from the auction house, borrow the money from family and complete the purchase. Move his family into thepr opertyand live tthere happily ever after.
Your assumption that he has deprived someone else is illogical and unfounded. So get off your high horses knights and give constructive advice if you are able to look above the basic error tthat the OP has made
OPs bid was exactly that he put his hand up last and deprived other bidders/buyers from aquiring a property they wanted to buy . Let me know when and where you are planning to buy your house at auction and i will arrive with my hand in the air and leave it there until i win . Then walk away and find i couldnt fund it . Hope you will look above the basic error. Bidding at auction -you need to understand its a living for most and a lifestyle change for others but at the fall of the hammer its a legally binding agreement that you have used due dillegence and understand the terms involved which sounds like you have. been to many a auction property & plant . 2 rules .always keep your hands in your pocket until you want to buy something & never take your nephew with torretts :rotfl::cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0
