    Their amateurish website even has a link to POPLA

    But it clearly states this:

    Appeals

    If you wish to make an appeal against your parking charge, you must do so in writing within 28 days from the date of issue to the address listed above. All correspondence must include your name, address and notice number. You must also supply evidence in support of your appeal. We will acknowledge your appeal within 14 days and respond within 35 days. All appeals are investigated and the decision to accept or reject an appeal is based on the validity of the evidence supplied. If we reject your appeal, we will give you the contact details of POPLA- the independent appeals service. Whilst an appeal is being investigated the charge will be frozen until the investigation is complete

    @BritishParking: @taffyjack @ParkingPranks @ParkingCowboys this issue is being investigated.
    @BritishParking: @taffyjack @ParkingPranks @ParkingCowboys thanks, we've seen the image too and are investigating.
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
