I had another play with the sled this morning and it didn't go quite as well. Only 40kilos on it. But a dragging strap that I avoided at first and then stepped on. Which stopped the sled dead. And hurt my wrist rather a lot. The strap was on the right hand side and that;s the wrist/hand that h u r t s. My own silly fault, as I should have stopped and stored it safely. I'm a twit. It's official.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!3

Happy New Year 🎉 Wishing you all a very happy and healthy 2026 ❤️Pip slept over at a friend's house last night and we were asleep by about 10.30 🤣.January is going to be a sugar free one. Fruit in abundance. 100% chocolate in moderation. So far so good!!!!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4

Day #1 complete.Pip only came home mid-afternoon and about 3 hours later, his friend + friend's mum left our house! Pip then told us that he needed to be alone and disappeared to his room. I fed him some tea and we think he was asleep by 8.30 🤣 He might surface rather earlier than normal tomorrow...Pip received his PIP info letter yesterday as well as the back payment into his account. We expected it to go from the start of September when we submitted the form, but it went back to July when Pip started the whole process. Nice. But it's bittersweet because we do disagree with some of the comments but Pip doesn't have the energy or mental space to challenge it. Anyhow, he has it for 3 years before any change might be applied following a review.Watched a super good video on utube today by Daniel Pink about 2026 being a fab year. Thoroughly enjoyed it and made notes so as to be able to go back and remind myself.Tomorrow:GymDo 2 mins on table clearingLaundrySee if any mugs can goNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4

Day #2 complete. My dear little Pip slept for about 14 hours straight! We had snow early morning so my walk to the tram was delightful. All the more so as there wasn't much traffic so it was very peaceful. I lurve the snow ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.I spent time today copying/drawing some patterns/designs into my notebook that has squares, not lines. It was a most enjoyable, slowed-down activity.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!6

Day #3 done and dusted.Took myself out for a little run this morning, crunching along the ice but keeping mostly to ice free sections. Loved it.Chatted with Pip about his bday, just 10 days away!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!3

Pip is now 18 so we went to buy alcohol to see if he'd be carded🤣. He's absolutely worn out because today was different from normal, but all in all, he's had a good day. And he loved the cake I made himNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!3
