feeling a bit down

Was sitting here at my desk almost in tears and then read your post.
Think it's just all the stress of the last couple of years with me, and the build up to Christmas. I find it depressing. EVERYONE is winding me up. I'm fed up with most of the people at work. We (me and girl who sits opposite) say more than 6 words to each other, and people lean back to close their doors (honestly, we rarely talk or say anything cos it's just 'not done'). We have to sit through them talking boring sh*te to people on hands-free conference calls all day with their doors open.
A partner sneezed twice as she walked past me today and I said bless you (twice) and she just carried on walking. Girl opposite me said 'thank you might have been nice' and I said exactly what I was thinking. I felt like standing up and shouting at the top of my voice "You know what... I am sick to death of every rude fker in here this poxy place" (sorry! language!), and stomping off home for the rest of the week.
(What I do/say in my head and what I do in real life are totally different things.)
BF wound me up resulting in a 'bit of a disagreement' at lunchtime cos I don't appreciate the sort of 'humour' he's been using on forums (he nearly sent me to an early grave last year and when I find 'jokes' about wraps of coke, I DO NOT find it funny. I shouldn't have read it, but then he shouldn't be saying it IMO.
Thought I was better off money-wise than I am. Have totted a few things up and have totally overspent. Will have to wear a very tight belt over the next few months! Not good at this time of year! I'm just grinning and bearing it, but it's a pain.
Coping with the weather, HATING the early-dark nights.
Got a horrendous broken blister on the back of my foot - red raw, it is.
Five days a week, 9am-6pm is just GETTING ME DOWN. I am scraping the barrel with my remaining holidays and using a half day every week just to get me through it.
I would change jobs, but then I sit here with naff all to do much of the time which suits me. Doubt I'd have another job which used such little brain power for the money, and there will always be people who wind you up in any job...
I keep being given laserforms to type up today (the most boring thing in the world). Just when I think I've done the last one, another 20 get dropped in front of me.
Next week I'll be chirpy as normal, but I am just so wound up today. Maybe it's one of those days... it's probably on a calendar or something as the 'most depressing day of the year' like the day in Jan or Feb which they always say is the 'most commonly taken sick day in the year'.
Might have to hit the vino later!
Hope you feel perkier soon!

It is a crazy time of year.
Go back and re-read what you list you are doing with your time. You are manic. Before you go down the depression resolution route, I think you will need to look at what you are fitting in to your life and try to simplify it.
We are only busy because we make ourselves so. I should know I have made myself ridiculously busy at the moment! You need to pull back and say no to things and prioritise what it is that is important0 -
I agree with counting_pennies, prioritise and simplify.
