My Orange signal is very poor, any cancellation options?

Options
I've had enough of my Orange signal, it's been poor for many months now. I took out a 2 year contract in July 2013. Anyone had any experience of cancelling this early?

  • Has the problem been around since July? Is it something you've accepted at first but now don't?

Ive had same problem, I wonder whats gone wrong or changed? I can only think its since introduction of 4g? Anyway I was lucky as on payg and just cancelled. Customer service was rubbish. Now with 3 but they arent perfect but are better!
  • The problem has got increasingly worse since I have had the phone. At first I ignored it thinking it would get better but I have had enough now.

The only thing that will help is if it has infact gotten worse. If it has been the same since setup and you have at first accepted it to only then decide it isn't acceptable later on fighting it will be a lot harder.

Have you tried your sim card in a different Hand-set?
sometimes it can be the phone at thought.
Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

  • I had gone through the post. I think, Once consult the consumer relationship to know the details whether any possible conditions are available to cancel the contract. Can you tell me some more details about how much time will be required for complete the duration of your contract period with that company. With that information, May be we can find any solution.
