Just got off the phone to Bt Retentions dept.
I currently have infinity opt 1, bt line with free weekend calls, cli and vm. With the recent price rise I will pay £42.50 pm from jan.
Best BT could offer was £3 off!!! Which doesn't even cover the recent rise.
I can get the same product from TalkTalk for £27.50pm
If I call again in a few days might a diffferent agent offer a better deal? Would they offer a better deal later in the month when they have targets to hit?
