I hate to disappoint all those who are still within their 3 months, but I have now waited MORE than 3 months and still no voucher, and having seen the other entries here I am doubting it will arrive at all. Please can anyone tell me who they contacted to query it? I have tried the email they gave [EMAIL="tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com"]tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com[/EMAIL] and it is not a valid email (message just got instantly returned), and the email which they sent the confirmation of my order from ([EMAIL="websales@t-mobile.co.uk"]websales@t-mobile.co.uk[/EMAIL]) is also not valid. What a rip off!

You're paying for the contract you signed up for and you need to be happy with the price of that alone.

I'll be annoyed if I don't get the vouchers but I'm not at the point of panic yet (took contract out 6 November).

I only took out the contract because of the voucher, there were cheaper deals elsewhere otherwise, it is NOT right if we don't get the deal which was advertised and something needs to be done about it, surely it is fraudulent to sell a deal and then not honour it? I for one will most definitely be taking this further if I dont get the voucher, which seems very unlikely to me given that it said within 3 months and 3 months has now passed.
