Hi got a popla code through, could you tell me for the appeal do you still refer to the driver as third person?

    More or less. Write the appeal in the third person - as if written by an outside observer. Make sure that you provide no hint nor inference about the identity of the driver. If you have any concerns post your draft (suitably anonymised and absent any identifying detail) and we will offer you some guidance.
    My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

    Thanks for the above, will post my appeal as suggested although it seems pathetic compared to some letters written on her, not good at these things at all.
