If push them, they will pay you back by a bank transfer to account direct debit comes from.

They tried to offer me a credit for a mistake, and I pointed out since I make no chargeable calls, I would never be able to use it.

Yes but they can do it, why should I have to?

Anyway they rang me today. They have put the money back in my bank and given me back the amount of days rental that the number was changed for and given me £10 for my trouble.( I will try not to spend it all at once!!)

They went back and listened to my conversation last month when I rang about my plan renewal. They could find no mention of changing numbers and do not understand why the lady I spoke to did it . Possibly she got my account mixed up with someone else's account they said.

It is all very strange as I had no contact from them advising of the new number, other than the charge on the bill and it showing the number had been changed.
