Giff Gaff billing problems

If your on GiffGaff check your balance...

I just logged in and £10 has vanished off my balance, some similiar posts dated today starting to pop up on their community forum.

Possibly another Goody Bag renewal screw up... just when it had all being going so well. Guess it means contacting a grumpy 'Agent'

I know that giffgaff did a major update of their website yesterday so it may be in connection with that, what do you see when you dial *100# on your phone as this should be the correct balance.

Mystery solved... its actually my wife's phone. She dialled a friend in hospital to one of those bedside phones, its top premium rate and I had not told her this is not included in allowances...

£10 for a few minutes! :eek: lesson learnt. :mad:
