I ran getdataback again and it comes up with the same so there are a fair few of the files to recover but not as many as the easeus but..
I did go back to easeus just to check the scan with them and compare the difference and it is quite deceiving really because although they have a file state symbol system lots and lots of them are noted as good state but when opened they are actually blank or unreadable giving a false impression of what you will really get if you buy to recover.
So at closer look even though there are still a few more files recoverable in easeus there are no where near the amount that first appears.
I bet a lot of people paid for the program going by this and were disappointed afterwards. It is still a good program but they should be more honest about the results instead of enticing people to buy in that wayThanx

Most of these data recovery tools hold you to ransom if you want to recover more than 2GB. I suggest you try this one:
Minitool Power Data Recovery 6.5
Note the version number: it must be 6.5. Any later version will demand money after 2GB. Also, take no notice of the word 'free' it's only free up to 2GB with versions post 6.5. You should be able to locate v.6.5 with Google.
This recovery tool has saved my data (and my bacon) on more than one occasion. You're likely to end up recovering a lot of files you thought were deleted and you might not get the folder structures or all the filenames correct, but you will get back a high proportion of your files.0
