Yes, I've seen people handing over two different coloured vouchers at a time.

There's always people in front of me and behind me using coupons whenever I go in.

I joined in November and my husband December. We have diferent coloured vouchers for the same months. So you can't tell what month they are using by the colour. It is what is written on the voucher that counts.
2013 wins - Garnier BB cream, Bella Italia £60 meal voucher, Years supply Tetley tea. £100 :j

    .

my vouchers are a different colour to my mum's so when I go to the counter for both of us, they're always a different colour :)

I keep forgetting to use the card when I make a purchase & the assistant yesterday told me that if I don't use it, they'll stop sending vouchers. He seemed to think it could be if you don't use it within 6 months but he wasn't totally sure.

    Point taken!
    Free thinker.
  • I went into the Norwich branch on Saturday and bought my daughter some boots. The sales assistant asked me after the transaction if I had a JL card. I said I did but didn't think to give it to her. She said well its too late now to use it - the transaction has gone through. She then said 'I keep forgetting to ask people if they have a card'.

If they do that to all customers, no one will be getting a second round of vouchers!!

More annoyed that we paid £1500 on a tv from JL and asked at the time of ordering if we could apply for a card and have the transcation recorded and they said no

For 6 months of free coffee and cake it is worth making a small purchase, but only if you get more vouchers. We have spent a lot in past in JL but not much recently. Would be nice to know

I make most of our JL purchases online so its on my account, DH hasn't bought anything since Christmas so I'll have to make a small purchase in store using his card and hope he gets them again.

The carrot cake is so nice. I get it with a pot of tea. I'm going to have it with a latte next time.
