But they always take the vouchers- which store doesn't do this? I think that either the person posting has never claimed the free tea/coffee before or they've seen a very untrained member of staff- on every occasion I've used my voucher they've asked for the voucher, taken it and put it in a designated paper voucher place on or near their tills.

Yeah, mine too - they just glance at my card and pop the voucher straight in a pot. They don't even scan it.

If they forget to take it off you, I can't see any reason why you couldn't reuse it, but otherwise..

I think a regular drink means a standard sized one as opposed to a large: not that you can get drinks on a regular basis, as often as you like, using the same voucher.

:rotfl: Hadn't even crossed my mind that "regular" has two different meanings here- sort of an own-goal by JL for adopting the American phrase book despite being a famously "British brand"

Recd 2 vouchers on Monday...

One for a regular drink and cake between mid September and end of October.

The other for either a drink and cake or exclusive tote bag between mid November and end December.

I only received the 2 vouchers wheras some people seem to have had 3?
Each voucher to be used over a 6 week period, they seem to have done some to use in December and others not in this period presumably to stagger the traffic over that busy period.
