I'm back!! BT at last fulfilled their promise to have our internet re-installed, they cut it off on 7th November by mistake, re-connected our phone line with a different number, I asked them to give us our old number back and they wanted to charge me £25 for the privilege. I don't think so. Got a bit fed up with phoning, never speaking to the same person twice, not being understood by the overseas call centre and the right hand generally not knowing what the left is up to. Rant over.

Just had a lovely roast chicken dinner, even made DD some roast pots. May need to rest now! Also made spag bol for tomorrow and some carrot and coriander soup for lunches.

Not got a date to move, sat here slowly unpacking boxes as we need stuff, hope to hear soon. Thankfully I didn't sell the fridge but did sell the kitchen stools!

Congratulations to JulieG, Happy Birthday to anyone I've missed and general good wishes to all. Going to see if I can catch up a bit.

    Take care. XX
  • Good Morning,

I hope everyone had a great weekend :)

MIL arrived yesterday for the week, she did the ironing last night, which was just lovely and so appreciated :)

Today Daisy has her day 3 midwife check, and my parents are coming for their first visit. I have to get the washing done today, and if I get the chance I need to rinse all the baby girl clothes which belonged to DD1. In there was a red pair of Daisy Duck PJs which say 'Baby Daisy' on it! How cute :)

Dinner tonight I hope will be Chicken Korma Curry (I defrosted chicken on thursday night for DH birthday meal so cross fingers it's not turned)

Hope everyone has a great day x

We had a nightmare with BT a few years back (cut off email account when we were abroad and hotel vouchers were all stuck on old account etc). There's a BT rep on the phones board who is wonderful - and doesn't scream at you as their call centre did to DH. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?u=687371
You could post a query for them on the home phones board and they then PM you. Hope this helps x

    JulieG what a cutie! Congratulations!

    Evening all.
What a great weekend in London, Billy Elliot was great, but oh my legs and feet are still killing me from all the walking, not helped by working 12 hour shift today! Bed is calling loudly and I will soon be wrapped up, the sleet was falling as I was driving home.
    RIP Iain
