Reasons to go to the gym/exercise

Im joining the gym again next week £28 a month at the former JJB which is now DW Fitness. I used to go 2006-2008 and since then just cycle down the canal but the bike has gone now. A lot of changes in my life I got married last year and doing up two houses ready to sell this year.
Left my last job and currently looking and applying for new ones, had a few interviews so far. When I went to the gym I went at least three times a week and used the rower, cycle and cross trainer (my favourite) as I could stay on it for half an hour listening to music then would go to steam room, Jacuzzi and felt great afterwards.
Im not overweight as Im a size 10-12 but would like to tone my tummy and strengthen my arms. These dark days have affected my mood and so I know it will improve my mood too and confidence.
Im looking forward to it.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -
I'm making HWTHMBO take pictures of me front side and back every month then at the end of 6 months I am going to look at the pictures and see my 'journey'...
We (my friends and I) have a motivational poster on our FB group and we're going to recreate the poster at our local park in the summer holidays this year.just in case you need to know:
