You're welcome :j Just the thought of how bad I'll feel if I don't go gets me there.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -
1. It warms you up, which helps on those cold nights.
2. If you don't keep going, it's so disheartening when you start going again and you have to start all over again - better to not stop!0 -

Ultimately it boils down to keeping yourself attractive to the opposite sex. That's why ultimately people go to gym.
And to live up to society's/media's picture of a normal looking human being.0 -

Thats not why I go to the gym, it has nothing whatsoever to do with keeping myself attractive to the opposite sex.
I workout because I enjoy it, no more and no less.0 -
To have a healthy body you need to be active, I exercise and go to the gym for the same reasons that I eat fruit and veg, don't go overboard on things like sugar and generally avoid alcohol.0

I enjoy working out for a few reasons:
1. To relive stress
2. Like you said, regardless if I am losing weight or not, after a nice workout I feel like a million bucks!
3. More then how I look is how I feel and more importantly about my health. Working out keeps me feeling more healthy then when I don't.
4. Hopefully to tone up and gain strength
5. It's just part of my routine at this point. If I skip gym days I just don't feel right or productive.
Those are just a few.0 -
