So it didnt say they were clean then, or unchipped, or anything about the condition?

The only person at fault is you for not asking.

Bit harsh richto? I see your point tho but surely the seller is kinda obliged to mention if something is in bad condition? I guess only morally obliged but nonetheless if they feel they are entitled not to mention it then surely i'm just as entitled to neg them?

All said and done I think I will give positive as on the whole I was happy with the transaction, the only thing that leaves me slightly unsure about leaving + is that I know I wouldn't buy from them again so that means i'm not happy.....???

Hmmm - its been a long day (for a change!) and my head throbbing, baby crying and the last thing I can be bothered to do is leave feedback for someone when I gotta go and pick the blasted toys up cos the lil man just ditched em and went to sleep! lol!

No they are not obliged to mention anything. Just what they do mention must be accurate. If you didnt ask the condition and they didnt say it was in good condition then how are they at fault?

The item was after all described as 'used'

If it doesnt specify and you care then ask.
