I was angry because I learnt the price had been reduced even before my set had been delivered. Think most normal buyers would have felt the same as me. Thankfully, John Lewis know how to look after their customers.I love it when people get angry about prices going down, it's so !!!!ing !!!!!!. Why get angry? Just point it out. Would you be angry the price went up the day after you bought it?
As for cashback offers, an industry source I spoke to said that cashback offers only have a 40% successful application rate -- that is, only 40% of people who buy goods with cashback apply for and are successful in the application for cashback, and that's why places like JL don't pricematch them.0 -
I wasn't RUDE but let them know I was upset & disappointed. Being nice to people gets you a lot further than being rude & abusive.
