Can I temp or will I be in breach of Contract?

I have read this whole thread.
My take on it is that the employer can-
Install an internal lift (requires major interior work & loses floor space)
Install an external lift (Just requires doors at each level)
Do nothing & hope the employee resigns.
Exterior lifts do not need to have an entrance on the outside. The door into the lift can be put into the exterior wall.
Of course, I am surprised the OP hasn't returned to her Dr to report that she thinks she has depression and has had suicidal thoughts. This would soon get her a sick note & allow her to claim ESA.Never Knowingly Understood.

Holiday has to be paid if requested whilst on sick though so the OP should be forcing this through if he is (and I would guess and its just a guess that he is as the employers will happily allow him to work but the OP is unable to)but I can't see what else the employer has done to wrong tbh.
The gov website has now changed its stance on holidays during sickness, it now says you can take the IF the employer agrees, I know this is sorted now for the OP but I thought it worthwhile pointing out the change.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -
Take the temp work. Either quit the other job or just temp on the side.0

When I used the legal cover contained in my house insurance I was able to choose my solicitor. I used this choice to change the one they originally assigned.
But, the insurance company will only pay a maximum per hour, so you need to make sure your choice of solicitor will accept the lower rate.0 -
Exterior lifts are still going to be expensive to the company even if they can be done.I have read this whole thread.

I was replying to a poster who had given me a link to Solicitors
My current Solicitor is a firm that deals with people with SCI and the problems arising from it
Another might not understand, but I would have to take that risk.0 -

Would you believe the DEA advised that although she did say that Work should be paying me and that's why they (the JobCentre) can't/wontI have read this whole thread.

But if I do that then work will never do the work and let me back. I can't keep getting a Monthly 'Fit' note from the Doctor for my Employer and a monthly 'Sick' note for ESA. Work keep asking my Doc if my condition will change? To which she replied that it will only get worse if she has to add Malnutrition to her diagnosis!0 -

Kiki-I had already suggested Redundancyforum.co.uk but it's worth reiterating.
No I'm not suspended (I'm female by the way
)
I can get to work with Access to Work Taxis, once there I can't get through the Front Door without a Threshold Ramp. They don't have one so two burly workers lift me inside.
Once in (I have to keep going in for 'Reviews') I can't get up to my first floor office, which makes these meetings interesting as that's where the Boardroom is!
I have offered to work in Reception but again this is a 'No'
And I haven't been to that forum yet as I've been applying for jobs over the weekend, due to their cut off date, but I will do so.0
