Non BPA Parking Fine

Hi,

I got a parking charge notification today (i think unfairly). It's for £70, increasing to £95 if not paid in 14 days. Apparently if I think it is unfair I can write to them but it will take 28 days for them to reply.

I have looked at the info on the internet and the company does not appear to be a member of the BPA. They have very threatening information about how they will track me down on the back of the notice but can they actually do this?

It's from a company called B-c parking Ltd.

Thanks

Who are they, that might be a good start for us to advise you?

If they put this on your screen and they are not BPA, they have no legal way of finding who you are .
    Which company
    Be happy...;)

Are you sure this is not a council parking ticket?

If it's a private parking company (and as far as I can tell, from the limited info you've given us, they're not on the BPA AOS list) you should ignore - unless you hear anything more from them, then come back here.

Could you scan and upload the documents you've had from them, then we can tell you for sure the correct course of action.

Whatever, DO NOT make any contact with them at this point and without further advice from us.

They seem to have a web site with very limited info on it. They offer a self ticketing system. They have no mention of BPA or POPLA at all.
If this is the same company then I think it is safe to ignore them.

You need to make complaints to the dvla, they cannot get registered keeper details, send copies together with your complaint about the lies contained
