No this is just for parking eye, their systems I mean their online form via their websiteWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Ok, so:-
1) Send parking eye a hard copy of the letter (along with scanned receipts) via post office - with proof of postage.
2) Send the same information electronically via their website.
3) Send an email to the store, detailing my disgust, and attaching a copy of the above letter and receipts.

Just to chip in - ParkingEye cancel over 50% of tickets during the appeal process (according to themselves) so this will likely be cancelled by them as spending £x at the retailer is widely believed to be in their contractsDedicated to driving up standards in parking0
