you could try Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons, but beware, they also have limits on parking.
Don't think Aldi will be closing down your local store because you and your family are going to boycott it.
No but they might if everyone they scam with fake parking tickets does.
Only a complete and utter idiot would go back to spend your hard earned money where they try to cheat and scam you for the crime of spending your shopping money.
These parking parasites at Aldi have to hit as many people as often as possible just to make money, they are picking off Aldis customers by the hundreds each day, even Aldi do not know how many fake parking tickets these scammers are dishing out to their customers .
Other Super markets have had to pay millions in contract buy outs to get rid of Parking Eye, I dont think that is a decision they took easily .
Make no Mistake, Aldi are in very deep sh_t with these parking scammers and customers are boycotting them, more and more every day as they appear to think this scamming of customers out of a months spare cash is funny ?
Certainly the woman they employ to sort it out dose, she thinks it is all one big joke where the dirty low life that shop with them deserve it.
I boycott them, I boycott any Business that uses Parking eye, if I see parking eye signs, I put my hazards on and turn around in the entrance and anyone who does not like waiting whilst I do so can go ****.;
It is my money, I do not spend any of it at any establishment that has Parking eye on board as you simply can not trust them as far as you could throw them.Be happy...;)0 -
Hi,
WOW, you angry?
You don't get a fine if you don't over stay.0 -

A. It's NOT a fine
B. Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl don't take their customers to court ..... unlike Aldi0 -
Hi,
oops,, fine , penalty, whatever.
If you don't overstay, you won't get a ticket.0 -
And it's not a penalty. Both the courts and POPLA have ruled that the amount of money that PE are claiming is not justified. This is because in civil law the landowner can only claim for the actual loss they have suffered. Nothing else. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Not true - the two invoices ( not even a penalty ) I've received I received despite sticking to the T&Cs.
Parking Eye are bullies - on a number of occasions I've have broken their rules on purpose and then emailed them daring them to take me on - never received an invoice from them when doing this because they know they would lose.0 -

.[/QUOTE]
That is not correct. If Aldi log into their Parking Eye account then they will see exactly how many tickets are issued, when, registration number, etc.
we use parking eye, and it is a very easy process to cancel a ticket - if you want to.0 -
Yes providing you don't go above the 20% cancelled of fake tickets issued in any 2 month periodWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I dont have a facebook account but have read the page today, also the 40 odd page thread on here i read also but would post if i had an account.
how does complaining to their customer services email go?
just a standard canned reply saying its for their customers benefit blah blah?
is it worth emailing them
Read the 'successful complaints about PPCs' sticky thread near the top of the forum, it's what the sticky threads are there for...saves us typing it all out and gives you lots of relevant info in one thread including a template rant about ParkingEye.we use parking eye, and it is a very easy process to cancel a ticket - if you want to.
Methinks they 'use' you...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Definitely not, Coupon-mad. Ours is a factory car park, and we had a massive problem with cars parking without authority - to the extent that staff and visitors struggled to park.
Patking Eye came in, and the problem is now virtually non existent. On the occasions where a ticket is issued by mistake (usually because a member of staff has forgotten to log a visitors reg. No.) cancellation is quick and easy.0
