    Do they have to provide warranty documentation?
    No of course they don't.
    Or maybe... yes of course they do.
    Depends on your requirements.

    How are you going to prove in three years time that a warranty is in place?
    Especially if they then deny it.

    They need to state thinks like who covers the cost of returning the thing?
    Are there parts that are not covered by the three year warranty? E.g. cosmetic bits.

    Exactly, that is why I want documentation from them so I have proof.

    Is the website not there anymore to printout?
  • Well I finally got a response from the seller and they said it has a 1 year manufacturers warranty and the additional 2 years is their own warranty.

    Issue resolved. Cheers everyone. Over and out.
