Orange upgrade return

This is my first post, so hope I have got it right.:)
I upgraded through Orange and paid for the phone £140. I returned the phone, which they have received over 30 days ago, and was advised by 3 separate people in the call centre that they would refund my upgrade cost within 30 days (so by the 9/11/13).
I’ve been told today that it will be another 4 - 5 days. :mad:
Where do I stand and what rights do I have if any.:(

You have a right to send them a letter before action, then take them to the small claims court (online) adding some compensation for the inconvenience they caused you.0
