My iPad Mini non-retina on IOS 7 is working beautifully.
So is my iPad 2, and my iPhone 4. Also my mother's iPad 1 is still working fine (iOS 5.1.1). But I still would not advise anyone to buy one today - Apple are still selling non-retina iPad minis for £249, a total rip-off for such out of date hardware.
There are loads of apps (as well as iOS 7 itself!) which either have lots of features disabled or don't run well at all on the iPad 2 and non-retina iPad mini (which are practically identical in terms of performance), because they are just too slow compared with the newer iPads.

Especially if you download anything outside of the playstore
  • The retina iPad mini will be far better and more expensive than that cheap Android one.

I have looked at one which has a retina screen and has an A7 chip, the old one's have (or had) an A5. It costs about £319 in an apple store, do you know where i could get it better? Many thanks.

Once again the notification tab isn't working.
