What tablet please? Apple I pad mini 16gb, or Prestigio 10.1 Inch 8GB Quad Core?

The retina iPad mini will be far better and more expensive than that cheap Android one.

I have looked at one which has a retina screen and has an A7 chip, the old one's have (or had) an A5. It costs about £319 in an apple store, do you know where i could get it better? Many thanks.
