Well i must say that i am happier with them now.. and beliving may be it was just an IT issue...
I have been with them for almost a year now... have 2 3 contracts that are about to end ( not had a single problem with those) and 2 orange ones that i took out a couple of months ago...
They have actually paid the cash back to me today, as promised, so now i am wondering if i should cancle my request to cancle orange.... As i will need a phone, and since non of them are offering 07744 nos anymore... orange is just as good as any other.......

Ahh…but then I am secretly thinking, that in a few months, orange are going to reopen the free 07744 Nos, or maybe reopen them for old customers?? People who took out the contract before 8th July?
It probably wont ever happen, but maybe it could… don’t know… so that makes me think it might be best to hold on to the contract I already have?

i am with them from 4 months but some of my friends with them from more than one year.....and they are haing cash back on time all the time...apart from last two months which they blame on there IT system......hope every thing will be fine now.other thing after 07744 numbers orange users still can use free international call from 077000 numbers.....

What are these numbers? this is the first i am hearing of them...
Can you please keep us updated on them when you recive the bill?
