i called up to cancel at the end of my fee free year, they offered me a £50 M&S voucher to stay, but bearing in mind i would have had to pay the annual fee, i declined.0

i think it's fair to say that Amex are looking to take good care of customers who spend a lot each month. certainly cs-wise. but potentially if you come to cancel your account too.0
