Well, if you're not hungry, can I borrow your custard? (you can keep the sharks) we're having 'soup & pudding' here tonight, and it'd save me the bother of getting the cornflour out........ :rotfl:
Sorry you didn't get the job(s). But YAY :T to your super attitude, and I agree with the gang - manifest something better for yourself

You knew there would be some expenditure that was going to go hand in hand with the job-search though I guess - I still think a half decent company would have offered at least *something* towards the expenses though! Fiends!
Get that invoice in now, and make sure they pay it pronto for goodness sake! :T🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hey up invoice on top of list for jobs over weekend :-)
Yup youre right I knew it be a pricey and had hoped for a contribution, but hey you live and learn and I did get to see two great chums when away so that was a bonus.
And of I'd not spent the money on travel but is prob have frittered it on flowers..........:D
As the travel would have been about £5 from mr rg's flat, we have talked it through and think maybe unless something amazing comes up (or it's travel expensed) that I'll leave job apps that require interviews for a couple months.

If you are both in agreement then I think its sensible.

I vote sensible too, Pippi - at least if they're not going to fund your travel. You're obviously applying in the right area, you're getting interviews very fast, but that means you could be paying out over and over
I bet it was nice to see chums tho - and Mr RG too, did you see him? With his cape on?
