Good lass!!!!
LThought there was just the Fife one?
Nae lassie one was over the border in Scone-land-shire as under=-ardener to the fruit and veg section.
The pay was less than the fife job and the hours much longer but very appealing still. I'm that kind of girl more work less payGreying_Pilgrim wrote: »For anyone interested in the potato pancake recipe of Nigella's, the recipe is HERE . I would of preferred to link to the FN version, but the picture is much better on the Australian site, plus the measurements are more suited to UK use.

Well to be fair I watched it two days ago and couldn't have told you it was from either. So you beat me hands down.

Best of luck on the jobs front.
If you get one does that mean an earlier de-bunk?
It would indeed mean an earlier debunk - but as DD and I talked - she's on study leave pretty soon, at papa's over easter and that's then into more study leave so really with a bit of a tweak or two its doable (in theory)..............feels quite quick all of a sudden but I do need a job so I guess I need to start applying.:DGlad you've applied for the jobs! They should snap you up ...
They're likely to be well subscribed arent' they all jobs seem to be thesedays but we'll see - thanks for having so much faith in my rather comedic abilities. ON paper I look fine, in real life - well not really so 'together' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:EssexHebridean wrote: »I can confirm the presence of toes up the proverbial - 5 of them were "virtually" mine and while not the largest (they're handily "Wedding Welly" sized dontcha know) they were at the time walking-boot clad. *waves at DD* - not surprised she's shattered - glad to hear you have a fairly clear weekend too. :T
YOUCH!!!!!
Heavy things walking boots.
DD also booked herself a driving lesson for 2 hours after she got off the plane - daft gonk - she was too tired. but survived.

So today's work aside a couple emails and some FB'ing is done.
One week at the coal face completed. Hooray
Today was another petrol neutral day. A few work expenses but nothing too heavy.
Dogs walked early and at lunch at home too so no petrol expenses there
We've lots in the cupboards but do need some fruit over weekend.
Meals will be from stores too.
RG leaveth the palace this weekend to return eventually later this month. I've alot of work on so it should go quickly but it WILL be nice when its not all this too-ing and fro-ing all the time.
I need to update my expenses and household spreadsheet - might do that today if I get the energy (currently contemplating a wee 'rest' having been out on the recycling truck this morning after a full bin survey - glamour oh yes, there's plenty glamour here)
Hope you're all good - any exciting weekend plans.
Mine will involve trying to keep shopping spends to minimum, wood chopping and dog walking. Must also do some decluttering for a jumble sale at the end of the month for work which I might take a table at.........................and I will of course visit the obligatory beach or two.
So what the rest of you upto???????Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Its a thought Starnac- it might mean having to juggle things a bit and keep the house until DD's finished school but that's no bother just might mean a bit of reverse living - don't want to get hopes up too much.
This has always (sadly) been a rather temporary house (no garden) but its worked for the little bit inbetween things.
Thanks for the goodlucks - now that I've started looking its so random that I found a job or two I'd really love - we'll just see -- I know its not easy in this climate but if I found a job before I vamoosed that would really take the pressure of financially.

In other news the money for the 'messages' is not lasting very well - I've less than half of it left and only took it out a week ago.
And, we've made no extra PAD's aside Penguin Face's £300 I'm keeping my money till I'm paid again as that worked better last month but I must see if I can make even a few 'little' pads.
And, finally, my tax is in and bill is as expected. The savings account is now empty but I'm guilt free.

Nothing exciting really although tomorrow is looking busy. I want to be up and out early to go to parkrun. Ideally I'd like to go before DD wakes up otherwise she will want to come with me and rather selfishlyI would like to go without her so I can get a good run.
Then by the time I get home it will be time for DD to go to her swimming lesson.
Later on the kids have a party in the afternoon followed by a sleepover for DD at her godparents house.
Sunday will be quieter. The only thing we have planned is church so nothing too much.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
