    Is an ex (not silly daddy) who is one of these itchy feet ecology scallywags (I hope not to become) who boogered off to the Antarctic but nice,y Kent me some money a while back to pay off my worst interest cc and is now back in uk and between contracts. So whilst he's a 0% creditor he's a helpful one......

    Yep - I'm doing that too - not going onto a diet, as such, yet, but lots more raw food, and nothing of processed sugar.

    Love that. I've noticed that when I'm mindful, I don't play computer games, for instance, because I'm not doing things automatically.

    Ps yup causeways were dreadful so escorted over by police - combo of high tides and winds, could have been worse an hour or so before it had been closed.......

    Ps kc I had no (easy) Internet on holidays and whilst I missed the love here - didn't miss it aside that I tied up work/normal life before I left and aside a few dips into Internet whilst travelling have been mindful of keeping e company I was in and snoozing alot,

    Skiing >15-20km (badly) a day makes a girl snooze alot :-)

    Grrr at Police escorts, some of these cops have only been up here for five minutes, and they DARE to try and tell me how to cross the barriers ! Me ! Who has been making that crossing every darn day since I started to drive at 17 ! They infuriate and frustrate me !
    However, Im glad that they opened the roads for you to get home .... Or am I ? Would have been a good excuse to get you in to examine my cheese
    collection ! :)
    Its just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:
