All followed with xmas pud and brandy sauce xxx

Well for the proper Christmas day we are having roast turkey, and trimmings, and choccy gateau for pudding... :xmastree:

Then on 28th we are having a very Special 2nd Christmas Dinner for some very special people :smileyhea

That is going to involve some sushi, some very special lamb, some yummy cheese and some eclairs for a very special granddad and a hairy Neanderthal :rotfl:

Ours will be turkey, roasties, pigs in blankets, bread sauce & cranberry sauce, stuffing, sprouts (bleurgh) carrots and Mum's speciality, red cabbage & apple. I'm on pudding detail and we'll be having lemon & lime cheesecake with home made lemon & lime curd.

Happy travelling Stripes - remember you can open the outer packaging of your parcel - there might be an extra little something squiggled in there for you too - made me laugh when I saw it! xxx

Cashew nut and chestnut roast, classic sage & onion stuffing, all the veg I can find in my mum's freezer and pantry, roast tatties, cranberry sauce, veggie gravy, gluten free Christmas pud from Waitrose, and my mum's custard :j

Greying flicks around a duster a bit......... plumps a cushion or two...... rakes out the ash from the stove, scrunches up a couple scraps of paper and lays some kindling atop.....stands on the sofa arm, has a reach around the top of the dresser for the 'emergency rations' biscuit tin... pops the tin on the table next to the clean mugs and fills the kettle up........

I'm just popping out for some milk.... will be back later......
