Talk Talk - I need to complain!

Hi, I'm trying to find the best/most effective way of contacting Talk Talk to complain.
I sent off a change of account holder form roughly two months ago, they have clearly lost or misplaced the form as nothing on the account has changed. I stopped my direct debits coming out when I moved out, so it now means my credit rating has been affected as it doesn't look like I've paid my bill, when it is their fault for not transferring over the right information.
With an added bonus today, I rang them and got cut off twice at their end which probably means a nice expensive 3 phone calls, not to mention an increasingly stressed man here!
Any help would be wonderful, thanks.

have you read this page? Might be better to do it via email/letter.

I dont think that your credit rating is going to be affected. If you have proof that you have contacted them thats all you need.
What you need to do is write to them and post the letter Recorded signed for delivery. Its their responsibility to reply to you.
Thats in a sane world of course. Talk Talk people are illiterate from the top directors to the call centre staff and everything in between. Send a second letter because they wont reply to the first. Then wait, you dont have to do any more unless they contact you.
They are not human you see. If they threaten you then tell them to take you to court. They wont do it because they are cowards.
Play them at their own game.
Put any money aside until its right to pay them because they are con men and will try and get you to pay double.
I have been dealing with them for months lol Spineless lot0 -
You need to remember that TalkTalk are a communications company who don't have a clue how to.
My local paper had cause to ring TT's media contact number only to find it was no longer in use. Says it all really.Never Knowingly Understood.

Contact them through their web site
https://my.talktalk.co.uk/servicecentre/
and select Support Community on the right hand side of the page.
You'll get through to their forum, where you can post your problem and they usually get back to you very quickly. You'll need to log in, rather like this forum.
It's free and saves hanging around on the phone. It also gives you time to compose your message so that you explain the problem properly, rather than possibly getting worked up while talking on the phone.0
