All being well, we will be exchanging contracts today :j
We've had lots of issues with slow conveyancers and vendors threatening to pull out of sale so I can't quite believe it's actually happening, just keeping everything crossed now that it goes smoothly.

I had a house offer excepted yesterday, so I wondering when I should be signing,??? should it be in December all being well or properly January..
