Exchanging contracts today

in House buying, renting & selling
All being well, we will be exchanging contracts today :j

We've had lots of issues with slow conveyancers and vendors threatening to pull out of sale so I can't quite believe it's actually happening, just keeping everything crossed now that it goes smoothly.

    Good luck. I can relate to the slow conveyancers. We're also hoping to exchange today, although i won't hold my breath as we were also hoping to exchange on 1st and 8th. Fingers crossed everyone!

    I had a house offer excepted yesterday, so I wondering when I should be signing,??? should it be in December all being well or properly January..
    AE are moving things along nicely so far..
    And also how long before do you find out before you get a exchange
    Date ??

    I now by asking it,s a bit like how long is a bit of string.
