New Job, new prospects

Did not get chance to update status yesterday... too busy working. working a extra shift long day it was, as i hadn't slept well at all....
and while i was working so was my fleabay happy face as i sold a few items on fleabay. will up date my signature soon... i really don't like to wrapping and post office trip.... but it needs to be done..


Off to bed now.... need to be up early to pay some bills as its payday for pantherchick....


almost had a non spend day.... but had to go to the supermarket late to pick up some essentials ...


Any my lovely mse friends and silent friends.... more ideas to help my cause.... will update soon....

It's a marathon not a sprint. You're already doing a lot with extra shifts and ebay. Don't take on too much or you'll burn out. Take five mins, sit back with a cuppa and see what you've achieved.

Yes you are right.. and ive gone back to work after being off for 10 days 3 days hospitalized at that!!!

Friday is a day off and although im looking forward to it. I wont sleep in. I never have slept properly.. it runs in the family all my sisters are the same and now my daughter has the same....


My fleabay as gone mad with winning bids....my youngest cleared out her room and we put the lipsy, zara and river island clothes on fleabay... amazed....


Shifts are always available at my new work, they would have you there 24/7 if they could... but I know my limits... have structured my own pick up shifts around the time available to me...


Not that happy about spending time at home, at the moment, when I think about all the things that need addressing around the house.. so will do that when im on a more happier out look...

Day 6/28


Hello mse world.... if there is any one out there.........
Yes paid day arrived yesterday for me.....
Paid a couple of the bills.... makes me feel better, at least get the bills out of the way and you know whats left....


Was offered a life line by a family member today but although its lovely they think of me this way... im happy to say I said no.... I want to sort this out with out borrowing more. I think its possible to get out this mess we are in at the moment... as long as I got my house and the bills are chipped away at, im happy....


On a good note, I have updated my signature... added fleabay and overtime. so im looking alittle healthier... in the make £10 a day challenge....


I had a Nsd yesterday also so how cool is that....... I did not shop. lol
Im getting used to not shopping for silly things. going in a shop for one thing and spending stupid money on other things......


Well spoke with my boss today... how busy I am at work, he said come in on your day off... lol I said ermmm no thanks I have plenty of shifts this week... give them a inch and they take a yard.....


So as im burning the mid night oil im beginning to flag... so I think its time to go.... and dream of the sunshine and the sand between my toes..... I wish ..... dream over I guess....

Checked fleabay. 1 item sold.
Been shopping at lidl..
Re newed bus passes online saved £7.50.
Checked out house&buildings insurance, saving £13

Exta shift at work tomorrow,

Almost everything paid or covered that needs to be paid this month.
Feeling more happier than last weekend.

Day9/28.

Goodmorning mse world.. I'm up so early because of the rain and wind... makes you can't sleep and too much thinking beggins,
So I'm up watching storage wars on tv, make me laugh, sure half of it are planted.

Had a day off work and still had a phone call to work either yesterday afternoon or all day today' nope 2 extra shifts plus my own is enough, I don't want to be I'll again..

Checked out fleabay and all items are now finished, need to add new, rota old items for another day, sold two dvds recently got decent money for both, might put a few more on.

Has for the bills/debts this week, all covered for this month.. joint account set up ready to ransfer debts/bills into, determined to beat this situation... hungrey for domination lol.

Off to check out a few inspiring diaries, and then a bit of photo taking for fleabay.. catch you all later.

I'm still here but fighting the broadband gremlins while dog sitting. Of course you're well on track. I'll hopefully get back to posting when OH gets back from his weekend with the parents and sorts out the technology. I hate touch screens.

Day 10/28.
Day off from the main job today. Yay, but oh is also off, the house needs a good going over today, don't think I'm going to have much time for internet today, what withb the cleaning, washing and ironing that needs doing..
Need to visit the village post office this morning, also pick up some jiffy bags, for small item postage, got my shopping list for stray items I didn't get on Saturday when doing the main shopping..

Mse things, have a few items on fleabay, one as a bid on already, thinking I've put something on that might be worth more than starting bid, as bid came straight on it, will need to do some home work on this as I have four more simular items,
Will take a good look at my fleabay see if I can clear off sold items and clean my unsolds up, rotate a few items, persiveer, they usually sell after a few trys..

Mse things, adpoints will do today, have slipped a bit with this one..
Might drop a few books into the charity shop today, do my little bit for charity and clear some clutter too.

Well up to now I only have one extra shift at work this week. I think I'm ok with that but if they are really pushed I will do another,, don't want to burn myself out..

So today off to swap over some dd's into our joint account, need to get our finances back on track and regular payments back up and running... I really must say I'm feeling more positive now about everything.
