Hi all,
I'm hoping someone could help as I couldn't find anything similar in past threads (although I must admit that I get a bit lost in them)
Basically I sent off a reply refuting the parking charge (parking eye) due to a number of reasons however they have since sent me the response:
If you have not already done so, please forward the following information as a matter of urgency, as we are unable to process your appeal/challenge without it:
1) The PARKING NOTICE SERIAL NUMBER This can be found in the top right hand corner of the Notice and will be prefixed, SERIAL No. XL/____________.
2) A FULL POSTAL ADDRESS that we can correspond with, as all decisions are conveyed in a letter to the motorist.
3) The FULL NAME of the motorist.
Now, I am the registered keeper however I'm not going to provide the full name of the motorist. They already have my name and address as the parking charge arrived by post plus I've quoted the parking notice serial number. I'm slightly concerned as they say that they cannot process the appeal without the full name of the motorist.
Can anyone help / advise?
Many thanks

It's just their Auto response.
And by the way your case isn't about 'parking eye' (that's the name of another firm)! Your case in your title is about Excel and their ANPR cameras isn't it? Hope you have read the sticky threads and know what's what and how to win at POPLA because mitigating circumstances (normal appeals) lose at that stage. But we win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you Coupon Mad. I'll have a look into that. Sorry I'm not very well up on these things - I though parking eye was the name of the equipment : ). I've sent them a response which I basically copied and pasted from someone on another forum (asking for reasons why it is that amount of £ and how it is a fair representation of a loss of earnings, asking to see maintenance and calibration records of equipment, signage etc etc).
Thanks again0 -
Are you referring to the template letter supplied by parking cowboys?

please do not hijack somebody elses thread
start a new thread with your own topic (like I have done) and after reading the sticky threads on the subject too
state any relevant details without giving away personal details like names , reference numbers etc
also make sure you name the correct companies involved too0
