Oh come on !!! Read a few threads on here and you will find that you are far from the first to get these letters. Read a few threads and then either come back with some more relevant factual information about the when and what of your case or take some Horlicks to help you sleep.0 -
Hiya yeah I've just been reading through alot just panicked single mum with 2 kids, i really don't want debt collectors at my door, thank you i will just continue to ignore them0

Nobody ever comes to your door, they send out thousands of these threatograms each week, that is all they do, is threaten! There is no point panicking over templated letters, if you read the sticky threads at the top of the forum you will see everything you need to see. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

They are doing there best to get you to cave in and cough up your cash into there grubby bank account, keep the letters in your loo room they will come in handy if you ever run out of toilet paper.:money:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

okies so now they have sent me several debt collector letters from serveral different debt collectors the latest one is Newlyn never heard of them before and was worried as this one states that it is the last letter they will send before court action? should i still ignore them?0

What happened when you got that letter and of course, came here and first of all searched the parking forum for the word 'Newlyn' or even just read today's threads...including one about 'Newlyn'?! What was wrong with our earlier answers on the other Newlyn thread today - or do you only look at this one (pointless if you want to be prepared & informed)? Have a look around, always search for any name or unusual keyword first...always glance at least at the first page or two of threads.
And while you are about it why not simply search the forum (using the 'search this forum' heading immediately above the sticky threads, next to 'forum tools' on page 1) for the keyword 'Excel', as you would do if you want to read all the DOZENS of other Excel threads exactly like yours which we answer every week?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
