If you owe a P&D fee of a few quid you could offer at mediation to pay that (ONLY!). It can help in court, looks reasonable on your part and would have helped the OP in ParkingEye v Smith which is linked under 'court cases (non exhaustive) in the WELCOME sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
