Another PCN thread - couldn't find relevant advice!

A debt collection agency has no powers except to ask you to pay (unless they own the debt which with these cases they can not) you can safely ignore DRP and the next one Zenith who are DRP in a different dress.
You have ignored CEL so for now ignoring them further is probably the best option. If by a very slim chance they issue a claim you will then need to defend it.
However if it was me and I had proof I was a genuine customer it would be the Co-op I would be pressurising!0 -
As well as the above advice, you should email the Co-op CEO - euan.sutherland@co-operative.coop0

Struggling to find any advice when the demand has gone to a debt recovery agency.
I could still complain to Co-op but from other threads it seems they won't touch it anyway.
It doesn't include any appeal information on my letter, as the deadline has passed?
So, I can still appeal via BPA even though it states th deadline has passed for appeals?
Sorry to create another thread, I just genuinely couldn't find anything based in that sticky or via searching.
It's not an 'appeal' to the BPA is it? It's a COMPLAINT.
As for the other stuff in bold I have you blue clicky links in my last reply. Click them! What did you think when you read all the cases cancelled after a complaint then? Including several Co-op ones? 'Won't touch it' indeed - the complaints thread shows they CANCEL these!
And the other linked thread 'newbies...read this now!' does tell you what to do about debt collectors, spells out your choices near the top under 'DC debt collectors'.
Do I assume you just missed the fact my reply had clicky links?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
