Final Update - They are letting me go!!!! :T :T
Thank you so much to everyone on here, and especially weeowens for posting the comp
:D
Update:
It seems I won this comp here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4791538
It was apparently a family holiday so it doesn't look like they're going to let me take it (she said she would ask the prize providers but doubted they'd give it to me...she said it was in the T+Cs that it was for a family)...the thing is, looking at the T+Cs...there don't appear to actually be any on the competition page?? It just says win a holiday... The only clue that it is a family one is that does say Funday Times, which would be for kids (not that I was paying attention to that bit :rotfl:)
Is there any point in me fighting a bit harder for it do you think??
Original Post -
Just had a weird email titled "Funday Times Competitions"
It says:
Hi (My Name),
Can you please call into the competitions department a.s.a.p?
Thanks
Her name , followed by a phone number, no job title or anything.
User-added image, Competitions Department. 3 Thomas More Sq, London, E98 1RL
(Then a picture of the sun and the sunday times)
I've googled the address and it is the competition address for the The Sun and the The Sunday Times, but the email is so vague I'm just a little suspicious?
Also The Funday Times is the kids section (which I didn't think they even printed anymore??) and I wouldn't have entered a kids comp.
Can anyone shed some light on whether or not this is legit?

Hmm just had a search on here & they are still running Funday Times comps but as you said it doesnt look like you have entered them! How odd!! Are you going to call?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad."0

Is the phone number a standard one? ie, not high cost? If so, it might be worth just giving them a call to see what it's about and if you still think it's spammy, you can just hang up.February wins: Theatre tickets0

what an awesome prize my dream win is a holiday x0

I can't see anything in the T&Cs that says it's a family holiday or only for a family with kids etc, so I doubt they'd have a leg to stand on if they tried to refuse you the prize on those grounds. I'd chase it up / take it further if I were you, good luck and I hope you get your holiday win!! xx0

There is absolutely no reference to it being a family holiday in the T&C's. Take a screenshot and fight your corner I say!February wins: Theatre tickets0
