Its not a problem, at least you have LISTENED!!!!!, thats all people ask on here, it doesnt matter its taken time to do, because you have worked out what works and what doesnt, rather then just going ahead and not listen, its been a pleasure to help you!

Thanks Kirbyinfurnesslad. We won POPLA appeal. UKCPS did not even reply. Obviously they could not provide a breakdown of £100 costs. Your comments were brilliant. Thanks once again.

Richard Reeve signed the Email letter. UKCPS cancelled the PCN. They did not reply to requests for docs or £100 breakdown of costs. They simply capitulated. So POPLA simply say that my appeal will be allowed by order of the Senior Adjudicator.
