Yes thats right,

You log on Poplas website, they send what you have said to UKCPS, they then send their response, you will get a copy of this response, when you do you have a chance to challenge/reply to it.

OK. I have logged onto POPLA, completed form and pasted the 3 paragraphs you altered. This was submitted.
New page comes up saying I can submit evidence online? Haven't I just done that?

No its only for things like photos etc
ignore that bit, oh and dont give much credence, to the date they give you, its just a guide

Its not a problem, at least you have LISTENED!!!!!, thats all people ask on here, it doesnt matter its taken time to do, because you have worked out what works and what doesnt, rather then just going ahead and not listen, its been a pleasure to help you!

Don't UKCPS attempt contractual charges - in which case further qualification is needed in wording etc.

Yes, just relax if you have now submitted a good POPLA appeal.

Such a relief. UKCPS did not even challenge. They did not reply to request for £100 breakdown of costs. They cancelled the PCN.
