Need help unlocking Nokia 6020

With no sim in the phone enter this code wtihout spaces

#pw+018 463 632 655 273+7#

if that doesnt work it will be this one

#pw+018 363 632 655 273+7#

I tried both codes but nothing happens!
The problem I have is that I'm trying to use an O2 pay-as-you-go sim card in the phone that was originally on an O2 contract. I can get messages and receive calls but can't make calls - get the error 'Call not allowed'. Thought unlocking might solve the problem. Any ideas?

What message comes up onm the screen when you enter the unlock code ?
Also if the phone was on a o2 contract and you want to put an o2 pay as you go ism in it then it wont need unlocking

Nothing comes up on the screen at all when I put the unlock code in. Just the code is shown. Have tried entering the code followed by other keys like 'answer' key but all that happens is a 'Emergency calls only' message.
I thought I wouldn't need to unlock as I was using on O2 contract before but now get the message 'Call not allowed' when I try to make a call with the PAYG sim in. Thanks with your help. Any other ideas would be useful.

Could the phone been barred/blacklisted, are you entering the code correctly, remember to enter it with no sim card, and no spaces, to get the p sign press the * key 3 times, to get the w press the * key 4 times and to get the + sign press the * key twice.

you can unlock these by code, but i cant as the calc i use doesnt support the 6070

where would i be able to get the code? is this one of the ones that has to be generated in a shop/by orange? thanks
