Kronch dog food - anyone?

Thanks - need to find the weight of her dogs and calculate.
I know her boy is around Zara's weight but the 2 GS girls are much smaller and the mixed breed old lady is really small, smaller than a spaniel.
Will ask and calculate based on that0 -
Think she can do better within that price range - WW as suggested
Also, Skinners Salmon & Rice (around £28 / 15kg)
Does it have to be fish based?
If not, Vitalin Adult http://www.vitalinpetfood.co.uk/mall/productpage.cfm/VitalinCompletePetFood/_Adult/283513/Adult (grain free) is good
If fish then Vitalin Salmon & potato is good (although unfortunately does have a bit of corn in but I guess you can't win them all!) http://www.vitalinpetfood.co.uk/mall/productpage.cfm/VitalinCompletePetFood/_Senior%2015/283513/Senior%2FLite
Then Burgess Sensitive http://www.feedem.co.uk/dog-c1/dog-food-c2/adult-c4/burgess-sensitive-adult-dog-food-salmon-rice-12-5kg-p17894
All around the same price bracket
Warcol is great - but usually a bit more expensive - currently on offer here http://www.feedem.co.uk/dog-c1/dog-food-c2/adult-c4/wafcol-hypoallergenic-adult-salmon-potato-dog-food-large-giant-breed-12kg-p4085
The Feedem site does good offers - their value to get to free delivery is a bit steep (£45) but I got 2 bags of the Vitalin a couple of months ago for £22 each
Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -
I wouldn't feed it. It's rather expensive for what it is.
If I fed kibble and was on a budget then I'd try this:
http://www.poochandcompany.co.uk/product/wheat-free-tripe-natural-dog-food/
Tripe (min 26%), Rice (min 16%), Chicken Fat, Yeast, Peas, Full Fat Linseed, Salmon Oil, Glucosamine 1,000mg/kg, Milk Thistle, Mannan Oligosaccharides 1,400mg/kg, Seaweed, Yucca, Green Lipped Mussel 100mg/kg, Kale, Beetroot, Rosemary
It's £25 for 15kg and free delivery when you spend £50.
They do have some other flavours too, but they're more expensive.0 -
Someone just mentioned this on a FB group I'm in. 25% rice is quite high (but chicken is above it, so at least 25%), plus maize on top, but at £17 for 15kg it seems pretty decent for the price (as long as you don't have to feed tons). I can ask if there's feeding guidelines on her bag if you like.
