  • £70/year sounds lousy. I bet they resell that information to rip us off with further price hikes
  • I've been doing shop and scan and food on the go for more than ten years; it's just second nature now, the only thing I do differently is that I try to do my shopping in one go so I only have one receipt to scan, can't be faffed to mess around with more.

I think it's fantastic and I've never had a bit of trouble. It's much better now, in fact because the scanner charges via USB - I used to get a little pack of batteries and a mini screwdriver in the post when the batteries went flat.
I've never had a phonecall from them. A couple of people mention them being a 'needy bunch' but not in my experience.
I get loads of vouchers, usually Argos or Homebase for preference. It's like free shopping, I usually just spend them on me!

I love doing this. At first I hated how long it took to save up to a voucher (back then it was only 1,000 points a week) but then I got asked to take photos of receipts for an extra 500 points a week, great. Then I was invited to join 'Food on the Go' where everytime I text a purchase for sandwiches, snacks etc outside of the home, I recieve 200 points per text plus 1,000 just for doing it each week. So I get about 5,000 points a week from that now as they also asked my OH to join up so he does it do and the points go into my account! I more recently was invited to the Petrol Panel, where I get 2,500 points a month for typing in details from my petrol receipts, and an extra 1,500 for every purchase by the 'main user' I input, so there's another 4,000 points a month! I rack up about £20-30 each month now :)
  • I would love to do shop and scan but cant find where to sign up, I was given a link a few months back that I had to put my details on but have heard nothing at all :(

  • I have registered but I was wondering (might be a silly question) can you still do it if you do the majority of your shopping online? Also is it just food shopping you scan?

    TIA

They must have had a bit of a cull then, as I was dropped at the end of last week as well for the same reason.
Was really annoyed with myself about it, as it's so simple to transmit and doesn't exactly take long, but it was the same thing every Sunday night for the last few weeks where I would suddenly remember as I was going to bed that I hadn't transmitted. Doubly annoyed as I was also on the Food On The Go panel as well which was twice as many points, and I assume that as that was linked to S&S I'll be off both now.

Sorry, I don't know of any similar ones, although I'm sure I remember reading on here once someone say they were with a similar panel, but they didn't say the name or any info. Have had a search but can't find it :(
Will keep an eye out and see if anyone else can help!
