naughty seller breaking ebay rules

  • Displaying email address and a photo of some tigers on one listing , am obviously mixing in the wrong circles , we don't have many pet tigers round here...the pets don't have to be dead either by the way apparently even if your dogs happily lying by the fire right now and you email £20 to her paypal the seller will send YOU your pets thoughts "well goodness me, I feel like chewing a pigs ear" or that old classic "hmmm why does this fellow canine friend of mines butt smell so good?" rofl at the concept.
NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself"

    Ebay obviously does allow.

It just shows that the seller hasn't been reported yet, eBay do not pre approve auctions before they are listed.

For anyone interested they can be reported for payment method breach, intangible items breach , wrong category and listed item breach.there are possible a couple more offences as well, but that is probably enough.

The way she has described and explained her methods of communication with living or deads is utter Bull%&&it. People who believes in it after reading this deserves to waste their money this way.
It's not harming any one any way in my opinion so let them carry on with it. Still better than many other evil things going on in the society.

It can be harmful if the buyer is constantly spending £20 for peace of mind.

The buyer may be a vulnerable individual but we have no idea of knowing. Have seen people spend on people who claim to have spiritual powers and have always adviced against it as they seem to go back more then once.

Ebay is not the right forum for this kind of sale, it should be some where the buyer is able to compare reviews and same services.

I wonder if the seller can also sense all of us discussing them and their ad?

That is a very valid point, I didn't think of that, probably because I don't believe in it myself. I just imagined people would spend one lot and leave it at that, but you are right if someone keeps going back and spending £20 then it is a different matter.

In my eyes, it's a scam pure and simple. The seller is taking advantage of peoples' grief in order to turn a quick buck. Whether the buyers are gullible enough so that they don't even realised they've been, as I see it, scammed doesn't remove the moral repugnance of what the seller is doing.

There are quite a few psychic readings still available on ebay. How would one report such a listing. I tried prohibited items, and couldn't find anything suitable.

I don't believe in all that stuff.

But do you think the people who peddle it believe in it?
I've often wondered that, do they know they are fooling the vulnerable or do they really believe in that nonsense!

Ebay do allow psychic readings and have done for a number of years, if you go on the site and type in psychic readings you'll see numerous sellers offering readings done from a distance.
