You could donate to charity if you are feeling generous, many advertise ways to text to donate a certain amount.
I recently used up all my credit to a charity who deals with kidney disease as I suffer from it and they have helped me a lot.

Do what i did what i was on o2 PAYG and had to pay £10 a month to get BB discount. I had £120 in credit, no way to spend it, so went onto a contract and they moved the credit to my contract, so i used this up over 10 months on contract0
